MONEY
I decided to offer an affordable and simple lifetime membership for a one off payment of $88. This gives people a simple decision to commit to change or not as well as having no pressure on timing or another monthly payment to manage.
I thought no free trial was also the best solution for this particular business so people are either in or out from the beginning.
METHOD
1 - Come up with lots of list you want to achieve in your life
2 - Boil these down into possible challenges that would benefit you and others.
3 - Start creating landing pages with different offerings
4 - Test your offerings with friends, social channels and strangers
5 - Choose your best idea to turn into a business, get the website completed
6 - Add on community software to manage payments and members
7 - Start getting the word out with blast off.
